Any Deposit may be cancelled by either the Buyer or the Seller before the funds are credited to it.
If the Buyer or the Seller wishes to cancel a paid Deposit, a complaint must be submitted via the Deposit page, stating the reason and justification for such a decision.
A transaction via the Deposit is also automatically cancelled if the Buyer does not pay the Deposit within 14 days from the date the delivery cost is specified.
After the transaction via the Deposit is cancelled, no further transfers can be made under that Deposit.
