The Seller must specify their bank account details in the account settings. If the Seller does not provide a bank account, any payments will be delayed until the account details are submitted.
The payout is made after the Buyer confirms receipt of the Order. If the confirmation is received on a business day before 12:00, the payment will be processed on the same day. In other cases, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
If the Buyer does not confirm receipt of the Order within 14 calendar days after shipment, the Order is considered received after this period expires.
The Deposit payout can only be made to a bank account whose name matches the name of the okidoki account holder. Therefore, the involvement of third parties in the transaction is not permitted.
In the event of a complaint, the payment will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
