Once the Buyer has paid for the Goods via the Deposit, the Seller must ship the Order using the agreed delivery method.
The recipient’s name and delivery address must exactly match those specified when creating the Deposit. Delivery to any other address reduces the level of trust in case of disputes.
An important condition for ensuring transaction security is that the Order must be sent as a registered shipment. Shipments that cannot be tracked through the logistics provider’s tracking system reduce trust in dispute situations. For example, sending the Goods as an unregistered maxi-letter via Eesti Post is not allowed.
After the Order has been shipped, the Seller must notify okidoki by clicking the соответствующая ссылка on the Deposit page.
