The free listing limit is the number of advertisements that can be posted on okidoki free of charge within a 30-day period. Once the limit is reached, new listings can only be added by paying the listing fee.
The number of free listings available in each category is shared across all linked accounts belonging to the user. This means that free advertisements can be posted from any linked account until the common limit is exhausted.
Users tend to treat paid listings more responsibly. Therefore, paid posting helps ensure that only high-quality advertisements are published on okidoki, making it easier for buyers to find the products and services they need. In categories where sellers typically post many advertisements and generate income, listings are paid. In other categories, free listings remain available.
What is the overall limit?
The overall limit is the total number of free advertisements available within 30 days in a specific category. In addition, some subcategories have their own free listing limits. Advertisements posted in subcategories with their own limits also reduce the overall category limit.
For example, in the Home & Garden category, the overall limit is 10 advertisements, while in the Home Appliances subcategory the limit is 5. If you post 5 home appliance advertisements, you will still be able to post 5 more free advertisements in other Home & Garden subcategories.
Free listings become available again 30 days after the most recent submission, whether the advertisement was posted for free or for a fee.
If the available number of free listings is not enough for your needs, use the Listing Package. The more advertisements you post, the greater the discount per listing.
