How to change email address?

  1. Go to "Settings" and click "Change" next to your current email address.
  2. Enter the new address and click "Change".
  3. Open your new email inbox and find the message from okidoki.
  4. Click "Confirm email".

Only one account on okidoki can use a given email address.

Reasons why you may have trouble changing your email:

Your email is already used in another okidoki account. In this case, you will see the message: "This email is already in use, please enter another one." If you remember which account uses this email and you still have access to it, log in to that account and change the email there. You cannot simply remove the email address — the account must always have at least one confirmed email address. After that, you will be able to use this email in another account. If you do not have access to that account, please contact us.

There is a mistake in the address. Check the email you entered and correct any typos.

If you entered a new email address but did not receive the confirmation email, check your Spam folder. Sometimes emails may end up there.
