The balance is intended for paying for services and listing packages on okidoki.
The balance cannot be used to purchase goods, make payments via the okidoki deposit, or for any other payments.
Ways to top up the balance
The okidoki balance can be topped up using online banking.
All available methods can be viewed on the “My Balance” page.
Attention! You can only pay for okidoki services using your balance.
Payment and service history
The Service Payment History, available on the “My Balance” page, shows all cases where funds were deducted from the balance.
The Payment History shows all monetary transfers credited to the balance.
How can I get a refund for a service back to my balance?
Funds will be automatically returned to the okidoki balance only if the listing was placed in an incorrect category during submission and was rejected for this reason. You can check the refund in the Payment History.
If you posted a listing by mistake and then immediately unpublished or deleted it, the payment will not be refunded automatically. In this case, please contact our customer support.
The payment was successful, but the service was not applied
Find the listing in the category where you posted it. If you applied promotion services to the listing but do not see them, please contact our customer support.
Why is the balance inactive?
If the balance is highlighted in gray during payment, there are insufficient funds on it. To pay for services and listing packages, please top it up.
